    Do they ever take up/ cement over the older ones?

    In what sense is Cornwall a 'political entity'?
    I know some boneheads recently declared Cornish an ethnicity, but it's still England. Lincs has a flag and I assume all or most counties do likewise, but if I were going to include one on a list of places I've been I'd have to include them all.

    Also, yes, interesting. More so than whatever the OP is all about, which obviously I haven't bothered to read.

    Also also... have you really never been to Scotland?
