    Default Wasps

Seem to be making a nuisance of themselves a bit earlier than usual this year, don't they? Frankly they should just fuck right off and come back in mid to late August.
Amusing smilies aside, you ought to realise that beneath what may sometimes appear to be banter, I do in fact despise you. Don't be flattered, my contempt is free to all lefties who support the indoctrination of children. ~ Memnoch, Dec 2014.

Haven't seen very many yet this year. Mind you, last year I had a bloody nest in the bloody loft right above the bloody bathroom. I only noticed due to the number of dead wasps appearing inside the lights.

Count yourself lucky you usually have to go outside to see them.

One of my friends has a bird box on her patio. When the birds moved out - the wasps moved in. It has been fascinating to watch them customizing it. I don't like wasps very much but have to admire their creativity and industry - D.I.Y. experts - they transformed the front of the box in four days!

It is too bad that Wasps do not create anything useful like Honey.

They are very useful creatures in the garden, Kino. They help to pollinate plants and flowers, and they keep the aphid population down. They are an important part of the ecosystem of our planet.
