OK, let me explain this to you.

The Tories stood in the 2015 on a platform which included having a referendum on EU membership. They won the election and we had the referendum.

The only way we're going to have a second referendum, will be if a party wins the 2022 election on a platform of having a second referendum.

The Tories aren't going to have that in their manifesto, so your only hope is that a Corbyn led Labour party will have it in their manifesto, and win the election.

This won't happen because Corbyn himself is anti-EU. In any case, by 2022 we will have left the EU and would have to apply to re-join as a new member, joining the queue behind places like Montenegro and Iceland.
Do you ever wonder why you're Mr Popular?
