It's an expression that means something along the lines of screw you, or get lost. I saw it when looking for 'Alice' avatars, think I even used it as an avatar for a while. Got an idea this particular 'bite me' image relates to the 'Twilight' saga and references a vampire character called Alice. Curiosity satisfied?
