I am of the opinion that it was our Galaxy that started 15 Billion Years Ago (according to Carl Sagan's Cosmos) and that the Universe is Infinitely Old and will have an Infinite Future.

Today I have ordered some reindeer antler headband thingies which hopefully will have the benefit of at least staying on one's head, unlike the hats in crackers, and can be reused. Some Christmassy hessian draw string bags which can be reused and some trivia...

I don't particularly like crackers anyway so instead I have made these little favour boxes. In the ones for the menfolk I have put key rings/nail clippers/small screwdrivers etc., and in the ones for female friends I have put pretty hankies/silky...
