Awens to All:
Seeing as the Subject of Hexes, Jinxes and Curses has recently been brought up and seeing that there has been No Discussion on the subject, I decided to do the Google and got a couple of Good Hits.
The 'Hex Your Ex' Spell uses a Poppet which is mentioned by Raymond Buckland in his Book 'Wicca for Life'.
But for the Hexing the Enemy At Large goes against the Buddhistic Chant of Loving Kindness in which one is supposed Wish Your Enemy Well, Happy and Peaceful.
On this Link, there is a Hex which used your Familiar (such as a Cat, Dog or Bird) to transmit the Hex onto the Enemy:
"Beast of Ill-Omen (Su) (Ultimate Magic pg. 81): The witch imbues her familiar with strange magic, putting a minor curse upon the next enemy to see it. The enemy must make a Will save or be affected by bane (caster level equal to the witch's level). The witch can use this hex on her familiar at a range of up to 60 feet."
And Wikipedia has a Listing for Curses which relates Stories of some Famous Curses of History:
And it does point out how there were several Curses mentioned in the Bible.
Boris Johnson could not have been "ambushed" by a cake at a 10 Downing St birthday party when Covid restrictions were in force because there was no cake there, the Prime Minister has told his allies.
Nothing to see here. Move along.
John Caudwell is the guest on this morning's Desert Island Discs on BBC Radio 4 (you can catch up on BBC Sounds after it finishes in a few minutes' time).
Since joining the Taliban, I'm not allowed to listen to music, but I know some BC members have hobnobbed with the guy, so may find it of interest
