    Employers want to best people, not lazy idiots that need help finding a job.
    The very idea of helping someone to find a job is abhorrent and totally against the natural way of things where those that try are rewarded, but weak minded lazy buggers get nothing.

    However, I agree people need assistance in finding work, but my approach is a little different.

    Stop all dole payments - the lazy will find jobs or starve - Either way, no unemployed.
    I'm a low educated, total guttersnipe, dim witted moron.

    Perhaps some help with bus fares, while looking for a job.
    Or perhaps a bus pass.
    That is a reasonable idea.
