Gravity is currently defined as the curvature of space-time I believe so gravity is being defined in terms of space and not the reverse.

It is not clear to me how space and time can have a physicality and it is usually matter that is curved. But the curvature was supposed to solve the problem of action at a distance created by Newtons idea of gravity.

BTW why is this thread not in the Science forem?
It is discussed in Philosophy as well. The science forum is quite elitist and I didn't want to upset them.

Gravity is the Electro Magnetic Fieldls that exist between the Sun and her Planets.

And Space is a Vacuum between Planets which does not have Paradoxes.

I just came across something I had never thought about before.

What would it be like if the planets including earth did not rotate in orbits but traveled in straight lines?

It would be like watching the starfield simulation screenssver. We might hit something.

They do travel in straight lines... through curved space. And no, I'm not going to explain that because I already know precisely what your response will be.
    YOU LOST. Deal with it

What did you think my response would be?

I don't understand the curvature of space.

However I thought it was gravity that caused planets to not move in a straight line but now gravity is described as space curvature. But I thought space curvature only occurred over vast distances.
