Blair, for all his many faults, nevertheless did have his kids vaccinated too, despite what you might have read on nutjob Facebook pages.
No, you are wrong. He didn't. I suppose you were a baby in napkins at the time, but there was a great deal about it in all manner of newspapers (not just leftie ones) at the time, and Facebook was yet to have been invented.

No, you are wrong. Blair refused to comment on whether he was giving Leo the MMR vaccine, but it was eventually revealed that he did. Anyway, the argument wasn't actually over whether to get the boy vaccinated, but whether to have the MMR vaccine, or to have them as separate vaccines. So even if he'd taken the latter course, he'd STILL have had his children vaccinated.

It was under significant control after the invention, and use of, streptomycin in the 1940s, along with better living conditions.
It resurfaced in the 1960s due to the influx of people from countries where it is still rife.
Nothing to do with vaccine in schools.
I presumed that Lord P was talking about more recent times. It wasn;t under control at all in the 1940s, there were still isolation hospitals all over the place.

By the early 90s it was properly under control due to vaccination of every school child. (The BCG). It was stopped sometime in the 2000s and TB has shown an increase ever since.

Because foreigners keep bringing it over with them. That's the real reason.
