Article 288 of the TFEU gives the national governments of member states no choice in adopting EU dictats. Since Parliament was not required to ratify the Reich's demands, it stands to reason that it's not required to reverse them. I find it laughable that someone who supports the undemocratic EU now complains that the plan to reverse its interference in our laws is not democratic. You couldn't make it up.
The majority voted to leave the EU. That means no longer subject to EU dictatorship. Reversing those impositions is entirely in keeping with what the electorate instructed last summer.
