I seem to be developing it, but only mildly. By which I mean I need quite a lot of milk to get the symptoms.
I'm fine with cheese, butter and yoghurt. I can have milk in tea and coffee, but the last 2 weeks I've been off work (Orthodox Easter) and been having cereal for breakfast every morning (until yesterday when the symptoms got worse and I realised what it was). No milk yesterday and today and my guts seem to be getting back to normal.
Clearly I'm getting to the age where I'm gonna have to watch what I eat more carefully.
