Default Nottingham railway station burns down

This building has recently been restored as well, it's quite historic.
The lot went up in the early hours of today, and apparently it was arson!

Why would anyone want to set fire to a railway station? I mean, I know trains can run late but this is a bit drastic.

There are some disgusting people at large today.

One tends to think that they are younger generation people, with their heads full of violent video games.

3 Alpacas... (gentle goat/llama-like creatures) were beaten to death in Buckinghamsire.

    Why?

Because all the nutcases used to be banged up in mental institutions, now they are all roaming the streets freely.

The people of Nottingham are very angry about Torvill and Dean being grounded. Expect further acts of disgruntlage.

When you were the younger generation, didn't people say you were bound to be violent because of Tom & Jerry?

They did. I recall the media hype about it at the time.

When I went for an LNER medical not long after the war, I was sent to Nottingham Low Level station, which leads me to suspect there were two stations in Nottingham at that time.
I went for a further medical at Liverpool St station.

Yes, and do you know who to thank for that? Mrs Thatcher, who introduced so-called "care in the community" in 1983, closing down the mental institutions and releasing the nutcases. As in so many other ways, she left this country in a mess.
I offered, he unilaterally changed the terms of the offer at short notice, I declined the changes, and he's been w**king over it ever since.
