Re: Grand Mr and Mrs Perrin
I have various videos of my mum and dad in a very frail state being "interviewed" by various sons (Including me) and I'm torn as to whether to put links up. They are hilarious, fascinating and obviously , to me, very poignant. I'll put the "Double Yolks" video up. If I get the expected response from the various suspects I obviously won't do more. My mum, in particular would find it amusing that she's making us laugh, still.

Aaaw, that's a shame Reg...........seriously.
I have it in mind, to make a video to each of my daughters, just talking about our lives together. I like the idea.
I don't intend to tell them if I do, but i think it's a lovely idea. Better than just a piece of paper (last will and testament) type of thing.

This happened around the time my mother died.
It's a horrendous experience that never goes away, and I wish I was able to offer some words of comfort. I can't. :(

Apart from the obvious loss I think the general feeling was happiness that they'd more or less gone together and that they'd had a long and happy life.
Re: Grand Mr and Mrs Perrin
The last time I visited my mum we watched "Psycho" together. She said one of the advantages of getting old was that you forget the endings of good films you'd seen previously.
