Try playing the game outside the tournament to figure it out before you play in the tournament..

The game i've selected i "FallDown" so get used to it before you try it out in the tournament..

In the "Tournaments waiting for players" table, you can find the list of tournament. Just Click the link(Join/Register) in the "Registration" column to join a particular tournament..
