When the economy is strong, it has been difficult historically to defeat a sitting president. So, I can't really envision a "landslide" Democrat victory unless the economy dramatically tanks next year. And even then, I think it would a close election.

The Democrats don't really have a strong candidate. The top 3 - Biden, Warren, and Sanders - all have major issues. I can't see any of them being able to stand toe to toe with Trump at the debates.
The impeachment shame has also backfired with support...

If this was a rerun of the referendum she should have been able to appeal massively to the remainers but she totally didn't. The Lib Dems had a big opportunity here and totally fucked it up.

I had cause to look at the last posting dates for Christmas from the UK recently. To Japan it was 9th December, to Malta and Cyprus it was the 11th December and to Oz or the US it is the 14th. Looks like you might be living in a shitehole. :D
