    Hi

That distortion is called "barrel" distortion, it is normally caused by using the widest end of a zoom lens. Zooming in a little should help to get rid of it. You can fix it in some photo editing programs.

Hmm, I thought it could be something like that, but the lens is fixed the only focus is digital & the camera (Ybersonycam.) was on wide setting.

I am not familiar with that camera. Is it a fixed lens camera or just a fixed length lens?
If it's a fixed lens camera, I would try just not using that wide setting.
If it's just a fixed lens, you might want to try a different one, some are better then others.
I don't know what editing program you use, you can fix it in photoshop...or you can download the latest version of gimp for free and it has a feature you can use to correct it in editing too.

There is no movement of the lens, just pure digital focusing. Pity I brought it really, but there you go, one of life's many mistakes. It seemed a good idea at the time.
I shall have a look at the program you recommended, looks to be interesting. I use a combination of Serif PhotoPlus 10 & Corel Paint Shop Pro X. Each have their advantages & disadvantages.
I have struck lucky with some pictures regarding focusing, it's just that perhaps I should wear my glasses I use for reading when looking at the screen (2.4")

You should be able to fix it with either one of those programs.
I hope you get it worked out.
Btw, I enjoyed your flower pics.
