... the 'Church Porch Watch' ?

If you wish to know which of your friends/neighbours will die in the coming year - go to the church porch at 11:00pm on St Mark's eve and remain there for two hours. During which time the phantoms of the doomed will be seen passing into the church, and some say they will appear as at the moment of their death - suicides with a rope about their neck, the drowned as if floundering in water. Some report that the spirits of those who will recover from illness may also be seen to enter - but will return, and that those who are to marry will enter and return as couples.

You may need to repeat your vigil for three successive years before the spirits appear: but beware - for if you see your own double, or fall asleep while the ghostly procession passes, you will surely die within twelve months.

If you try the 'Church Porch Watch' but once, you may be compelled to repeat it every year until you meet yourself!!

The first time I ever saw mention of Criminal Records Checks for Employment Purposes was in about 2008.

Since then, it is expanded to be that one can not even get a Job Sweeping Floors without first there being a Criminal Records Check.

Has our Society gotten so Paranoid that no one will do anything without a Background Check?!

And it all base on Computer Technology which means that Big Brother Technology is Watch You.

I am starting to get Fed Up with it all!
