Again, that doesn't surprise me at all. Did you check the link before posting?

If so, do you think that making light of child abuse n the way he has is acceptable in a national newspaper?

Lord Ponsonby

He didn't make light of child abuse, he suggested Labour are as untrustworthy as Jimmy Savile was and the lefties don't like it. He has a point.

As for fork me and some of the outrageous comments he has come out with, pots and kettles spring to mind.

Right wing commentator posts his opinion.

In other shock news: Leftie expresses utter contempt at the very idea that a person with an opposing view to his own should be permitted to freely express it.

Don't panic; if Labour plays any part in the next government, I'm sure they'll do everything they possibly can to ensure that only those submitting pre-appoved points of view will be free to express themselves.

Power to the people!

Why specifically child abuse?
Saville abused people of all ages.
Oh! I forgot, it suits your argument.

Yes, any freedom of speech spoilsports should be shot between the eyes once they gain office.

If you say so.

Generally a politely executed knee-capping is all that's needed.

And in other shock news, I've received an email from the Torygraph:

Dear Reader

As the country goes to the polls, I am taking the unprecedented step of sending you The Telegraph's leading article.

That's because we view this general election as the most important since 1979.

It marks a watershed moment: do we continue under the Conservatives with the open, enterprise-led economic approach that has underpinned our prosperity for nearly 40 years?

Or do we revert to an old-style, “government-knows-best” culture championed by the most Left-wing Labour leader for a generation?

All the frenzied talk about a hung parliament and the surge of the SNP is a distraction because in the end, the choice is straightforward: do we want Mr Cameron to continue in Number 10 or to see Ed Miliband installed as prime minister?

The Daily Telegraph urges its readers to vote Conservative.

What a pity I've already voted, this would have brainwashed persuaded me to vote for the fine upstanding Conservative party.

You only have to watch the antics of our very own leftie, Fork Me.

Post *anything* he disagrees with and you are an "idiot", a "c*nt", or even his new one, a "f*ckwad".

If that were in any way true, you'd have a point, but as it isn't...

Now on to the topic in question.

What is YOUR opinion on Littlejohn making light of child abuse by comparing Labour running the country with Jimmy Saville babysitting?

And he wasn't making light of anything, he was merely using him as an example.

Of course he was making light of it.

He was trying to indicate a level of distrust by making a comparison with the type of person whose untrustworthiness is in no doubt.

The manner in which he did it was in the worst possible taste, which the leftie would-be-thought-police haven't managed to outlaw yet, but I don't think he was making light of it because that would imply sarcasm and for that he'd need a sense of humour, which is as absent in him as it usually is in you. So basically what you're left with is he behaved like a socially oblivious twat who neither knows nor cares what impact his words will have before he commits them to print.

What's new? Isn't that precisely what's expected of him? I hardly think it's worthy of much comment at all, let alone artery-busting rage. :s8

By the way Forker, I'd sooner trust Ed Milliband with the economy than I'd trust you to respond to my opinion on this or any other topic we don't agree on without using the words c unt, idiot, rightard, stupid, etc etc.

You should be grateful to UKIP, they are going to decimate Cameron's vote, you know what that means! Disaffected Tory voters are going across in droves.
