Just completed a "Health Champions" course. Exams today, hope for good results in about two weeks.

What's it all about? I hear you say. Well, it is a way of getting people fitter by mentoring with them to put it simply.
It is a scheme run by the NHS, seems to be taking off in a big way from what I can gather.
