Except...it's not a full nationalisation.
The actual trains (engines and carriages) will remain privatised. Private companies will lease them to the government.

Can't see any opportunity for profiteering and exploitation there....

Come on Labour, nationalise it PROPERLY, don't keep your big business chums being showered with public money, that's one of the reasons the Tories are being hoofed out.
