As a confirmed salad-dodger, this is great news. Now I've got an excuse for being a fat bastard, as has Forker (who is slightly fatter than me, obvs).

Five years ago, we brought home an acorn from Grasmere, and planted it, not really expecting much but we were hoping for a tree of remembrance. For four years it sat in the corner, quietly doing its thing, until this year, when it has decided it's actually going to become a tree! We are hoping to move in the quite near future, and our tree will finally get its 'forever home'. I'm very proud of the little fella, so thought I'd share.
